Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of booking and treatment services provided by Aura Massage (“we”, “us”, “our”) in Bali, Indonesia. By booking a service through our website, WhatsApp, or any other channel, you agree to these Terms.

Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made via our website booking form or directly through WhatsApp. For same-day bookings, please make your reservation at least 1 hour before your desired treatment time so we can confirm therapist availability.

Where We Provide Service

We provide massage and spa treatments at your hotel, villa, homestay, apartment or private residence within our service area. If you are staying in a hotel or villa, it is your responsibility to verify with your accommodation whether private massage therapists are permitted on the property before booking. Aura Massage is not liable for a booking that cannot proceed because an accommodation does not allow outside therapists to enter.

Pricing & Payment

Prices listed on our website are per person and, unless stated otherwise, include transportation for our therapist to your location. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price confirmed at the time of booking is the price that applies to that booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

No refund will be provided if a therapist is unable to enter the accommodation due to the guest’s non-compliance with the accommodation’s own booking or access guidelines. We ask that you cancel or reschedule as early as possible so we can reassign our therapists.

Health & Safety

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions before your session begins, including but not limited to pregnancy, high blood pressure, recent surgery, or known allergies to massage oils or products. We do not offer in-bed massages. Our services are for relaxation and wellness purposes and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment — see our Disclaimer for details.

Conduct

Our therapists are trained professionals and are entitled to end a session immediately, without refund, if a client behaves inappropriately, makes improper requests, or creates an unsafe environment.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
