Thai Massage

Assisted stretching and rhythmic compression, performed without oil — closer to guided yoga than a typical massage.

Thai Massage

What is Thai Massage?

Thai massage differs from our other treatments in one key way: it’s performed without oil, over light clothing, and combines rhythmic compression with assisted stretching — your therapist gently guides your body through a series of yoga-like stretches.

It’s a more active treatment than an oil massage, working on flexibility and joint mobility as much as muscle relaxation.

Best for guests who want improved flexibility, or prefer a no-oil, clothed treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear for Thai massage?

Loose, comfortable clothing that allows movement — similar to what you'd wear to a yoga class. We can provide guidance on suitable attire when you book.

Is Thai massage suitable if I'm not flexible?

Yes. Your therapist works within your current range of motion and never forces a stretch — flexibility improves gradually with the technique, it isn't a requirement to start.
